We believe that the performing arts can empower the young people of our community to explore their talents and strengths, while discovering new passions.

Learning

By connecting students with professional photographers, filmmakers, stage technicians and performers, The Lensic fosters both learning and new opportunities for Santa Fe’s youth.

Changing Lives

Our goal is to change lives through in-class workshops, technical internships and scholarships, bringing students to Lensic performances, a statewide student film and photography festival and student productions on stage.

The Lensic’s education programs are dedicated to the future generations of Santa Fe and greater New Mexico.

Community

We are committed to supporting New Mexico’s arts and culture nonprofits and social service organizations.

The Lensic has served as one of Santa Fe’s favorite gathering places since the 1930’s. This tradition continues with The Lensic Community Sponsorship program.

Through the program, The Lensic venue is either free of charge or rented at a nominal fee to New Mexico's nonprofits for presentations or fundraising events.
