Program Underwriting

Program underwriting allows businesses the opportunity to support some of The Lensic’s most important and long standing programs and services. These programs are integral to The Lensic’s mission to serve as a center for the arts and community.

Funding levels begin at $5000. Donors receive benefits associated with $5,000 Business Leader level, as well as recognition in any advertisement with the associated program, in a specific section of the lobby poster and on the web site. Please note, some of these programs may have more than one sponsor, unless your business sponsors the entire program cost.

Funding Opportunities

Tickets Santa Fe at The Lensic
Support the community box office that sells tickets for over 700 shows per year at over 10 different venues across the city.

Technical Theater Internship Program
Give high school students with an interest in the technical arts an opportunity to gain critical experience and knowledge while earning high school or college credit.

Technical Theater College Scholarship Program
Assist four high school students to pursue a college education in the performing arts

Behind the Curtain
Give donors and patrons an opportunity to gain backstage access and knowledge of The Lensic’s diverse programming with this special event hosted on-stage. The event includes backstage tours, history of the theater and an opportunity to meet like-minded individuals.

Rental Subsidies
Support every organization that uses the theater by helping The Lensic subsidize rental rates. We subsidize the rent between 40%-100% for all performances.

Community Sponsorship
Help The Lensic support non-profit and social service organizations by underwriting a portion or all of their rental and production costs.
