Your Visit
The Lensic Performing Arts Center opened in 1931 as a vaudeville stage and movie palace. Today, the restored historic theater thrives as the city’s performing arts center, with a diverse, year-round program of world-class theater, music, dance, films, and lectures.
All prices, events, artists, programs, run times, and dates are subject to change. Every effort is made to inform ticket buyers of any changes via the website, email, and/or by phone. Please check your event listing at lensic.org for current information.

Box Office and Ticketing
Purchasing Tickets
To avoid ticketing scams, be sure you purchase tickets to Lensic events only through the Lensic (in person at the box office, by phone at 505-988-1234, or online at Lensic.org).
Some Santa Fe performing arts organizations that present their events at the Lensic (such as Santa Fe Symphony, Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival, and Santa Fe ProMusica) may sell their own tickets.
Lensic 360 events are ticketed through Hold My Ticket and other venue sites. Navigate to the correct event ticketing site directly from lensic360.org.
Third-Party Ticket Sales (StubHub, GoTickets, Events Ticket Center, SeatGeek, and more)
Third-party ticketing websites and vendors are not authorized to sell tickets to Lensic events and we cannot guarantee validity, refund, or otherwise be responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized sources. Tickets sold through these sites are often significantly over face value and may not be valid for entry.
If you have questions about where you’re purchasing your tickets from, you can reach out to our team at info@lensic.org or 505-988-1234.
If you would like to help us push for legislation in New Mexico outlawing the resale of tickets above face value, we encourage you to share your opinions and stories with us at info@lensic.org.
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Tickets to Lensic Presents, The Met: Live in HD, and NT Live in HD events may be donated back to the Lensic for a tax-deductible donation receipt by calling the box office at 505-988-1234.
Digital Tickets
Digital tickets are the default ticketing method at the Lensic. If you don’t use a smartphone or still prefer physical tickets, we will continue to have will-call and mail options. Find more info on digital tickets here.
Will Call Tickets
Will Call tickets are available for pick-up 1 hour prior to showtime on the night of the show. You may be asked to present ID.
Service Fees
The Lensic is a non-profit and relies on service fees to support the costs of operating our box office, which include staff salaries, ticketing software and computers, and ticket stock and envelopes. Service charges apply at all points of purchase.
In person: $1 fee per ticket.
Online or by Phone: $1 to $6 per ticket, depending on the price of the ticket.
Mailing fee: If you opt to have your tickets mailed to you, the cost is $1 per order.
The $5 preservation fee (not applied to free events) goes directly to the maintenance of our nearly 100-year-old theater. This fee allows us to make necessary repairs and upgrades to the facility so Santa Feans can enjoy it for the next 100 years.
Our total ticket prices will always include these fees so there’s no surprises when you go to check out.

Parking Voucher
You can purchase a parking voucher through our box office when you buy your event tickets or when you arrive at the theater.
The parking voucher is valid for the City of Santa Fe’s Sandoval and Convention Center parking garages. It is $7 and covers 6 hours of parking. It will appear as a QR code alongside your event tickets.
- Enter the garage, collecting the paper ticket as you enter.
- Bring both the paper ticket from the garage and your QR code to the Lensic box office before the show starts.
- The QR code in your digital wallet does not work at the garage. You must bring both the paper ticket from the garage and your QR code to the Lensic box office.
- Present the validated ticket upon leaving the garage.
The Lensic box office closes at the start of the show (or the end of intermission if there is one). There is no way for our staff to validate your parking after the show.
Your parking voucher is valid for one month from the show date. Pre-purchasing a voucher does not guarantee space available in the garage. Please arrive with ample time to ensure you find a parking spot.
